  • A Mega Rule Phase 3 Webinar Series -- LeadingAge Wisconsin has partnered with Pathway Health Services to bring you a seven-part webinar series to help you with implementation of the Mega Rule Phase 3 requirements. Each webinar will take a deep dive into one of the major changes coming with Phase 3 implementation, but these webinars are not just another review of the requirements. These webinars will provide you details on what your skilled nursing facility must do to implement these changes to ensure you “pass the test” when the surveyors walk through your door.

  • Skilled Nursing Documentation: Key to PDPM Success Webinar Series -- In preparing for the new Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) it is time to review skilled nursing and documentation requirements. LeadingAge Wisconsin encourages skilled nursing facilities to participate in this three-part webinar series scheduled on June 4, June 11, and June 25. Each webinar will run for 90 minutes.  Learner Objectives:
